  1. In your dashboard open Elefair Automation → Download the .zip and unzip it to a folder you keep (e.g. Documents\Elefair Automation)
  2. In Chrome open chrome://extensions → turn on Developer mode (top right)
  3. Click Load unpacked → choose the unzipped folder
  4. Open the extension → Settings → Sign in to your store with yourstore.elefair.net and your dashboard email/password
  5. Open any Amazon product → Import to Elefair

Works in Microsoft Edge the same way (edge://extensions). When a new version is released, download the .zip again and click the ↻ reload icon on the extension card.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need my own domain?

No. Every store starts on a free address like yourstore.elefair.net. Connect your own domain (bought anywhere — Namecheap, GoDaddy, Cloudflare) from Dashboard → Domains; SSL is issued automatically and the step-by-step guide covers every registrar.

How do I get paid?

Connect your own Stripe account in Dashboard → Payments: card payments go straight to your Stripe and your bank, with the platform fee deducted automatically. Store owners in countries without Stripe can use platform payouts (Payoneer, Wise, bank, bKash).

Is the Elefair Automation extension included?

Yes, with every plan. Download it from Dashboard → Elefair Automation, load it in Chrome or Edge and sign in with your store. It imports from Amazon, writes AI SEO content, checks VeRO terms, syncs price & stock, lists on eBay and auto-fulfills orders.

Can I sell on eBay from the same products?

Yes. Connect your eBay account once, then list any product (or all of them) from the eBay listing page. Prices and stock stay in sync, and the server stock guard sets quantity to zero when the source is out of stock.

What happens when I reach my product limit?

You can keep selling everything you already have; adding more products asks you to upgrade. Upgrades are instant from Plan & billing and prorated by Stripe.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from Plan & billing → Manage billing. Your store stays open until the end of the paid period; your data is kept for 30 days after that.

Where is my store hosted?

On Cloudflare's global edge network (300+ cities) — pages are served from the location closest to each visitor, with automatic HTTPS, DDoS protection and no servers to manage.
